Longbridge vision comes to life

L

The developers of the new Longbridge town centre being built on the former MG Rover site have put together a fascinating fly through video, bringing the vision for the area to life.

You can watch the video online here.

With the new Bournville College now in its second year, the construction of a new supermarket, hotel, shops and restaurants taking place, planning permission granted for phase two of the Lickey Road Park View housing development and essential infrastructure works for the town centre underway, the redevelopment is really starting to take shape.

There is, however, still a lot to do. The site is a great location for hi-tech investment and it’s particularly important that we do all we can to secure such investment in order to bring the jobs and opportunities we need to our local area.

I continue to work closely with all those involved in making the vision in this video a reality.
