Relocation, relocation, relocation

R

Over the next week I will be moving my constituency office to new premises.

The relocation will mean that, unfortunately, there will be some disruption in contacting me and there may be an impact on the length of time it takes me to respond to cases. However I want to assure you that my team and I will be working through any backlog as quickly as possible.

My phone number, 0121 477 7746, will temporarily remain the same while our new line is being connected and we are supplied with a new number. A voicemail and diversion service should also be available while the move is taking place. All, this, of course is dependent on the technology working as it should. I think anybody who has moved house or office will understand what I mean by that. Fingers crossed on that!

For all other new cases, you can still email me as normal via richard.burden.mp@parliament.uk. To ensure I can respond to your case as soon as possible, please make sure you include your full name, address and postcode.

I do apologise for any inconvenience caused and I look forward to completing the relocation, and resuming normal service, as soon as we can.
