Mary Creagh was first elected Member of Parliament for Wakefield in May 2005. She had previously served for a number of years as a Councillor in the London Borough of Islington. She became Shadow Secretary of State for the Environment in 2010  until she was appointed Shadow Secretary of State for Transport in October 2013. Mary will be joining us to discuss transport challenges and opportunities in Birmingham.
